It isn't always easy to find great quality, experienced body or beauty therapists. We look to recruit caring, genuine therapists that put their clients at the centre of their treatments. It's great fun meeting all the applicants we get here at Clarity House, but the best moment is when we meet someone who 'just fits'.
Find a place where you can sit comfortably take a look around you and survey the area where you are sitting. Now choose a colour, any colour, got one? Look around the room to find objects that are the same colour, try to find at least one object that is the colour you chose. Now choose...
Many Clarity House customers have great results with this meditation, affirmation, gratitude ceremony. This exercise just reminds the pathways in our mind to look for the good things, to see good more often. We sort of reboot our thoughts and encourage them to see good rather than negative things.
