Clarity House – Gratitude Ceremony

Many Clarity House customers have great results with this meditation, affirmation, gratitude ceremony. This exercise just reminds the pathways in our mind to look for the good things, to see good more often. We sort of reboot our thoughts and encourage them to see good rather than negative things.

TAKE SOME TIME TO SAY THANKS TO THE WORLD FOR THE GOOD STUFF.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
-A PIECE OF PAPER AND A PENCIL OR PEN
-A QUIET PLACE TO COMTEMPLATE WITH NO INTERUPTIONS (GOOD LUCK)
-SOME TIME FOR YOU (1 HOUR IF POSSIBLE – 45 MINS MINIMUM)

HERE’S HOW:
Find a place where you can sit comfortably and place your paper and pen in front of you. You should aim to do this for an hour, even if you stop at 45 minutes you will still get good results. All you have to do is repeat over and over to yourself or outloud (if nobody is listening) the following words, “Thank you very much, Thank you very much, Thank you very…” or simply “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you…”. As you repeat the words over and over you may go off track and stop, however when you realise this just start again, repeating the words, “Thank you very much” or simply “Thank you”, over and over again.
Your mind will attract memories of people, places and material things that you can be thankful for. Even if the person that comes to mind is not someone you would normally thank, THANK THEM for the lesson and move on.
Continue to do this for an hour. You can close your eyes if you wish or doodle on the sheet of paper and take wee notes, don’t write everything down, you dont need to. You can just use the paper to help focus your mind on the task in hand. Perhaps wite the words, “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you”, over and over.

RESULTS:
Many Clarity House customers have great results with this meditation, affirmation, gratitude ceremony. This exercise just reminds the pathways in our mind to look for the good things, to see good more often. We sort of reboot our thoughts and encourage them to see good rather than negative things.
Following this activity many people report being attracted to more good and positive experiences, many people experience positive ‘co-incidences’ or simply become more happy as a result of focussing on the good things.

Good luck with your gratitude ceremony, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for visiting this page.
