At Clarity House we offer a side lying pregnancy massage with the use of a pregnancy pillow to help give support and comfort. The room will be warm and welcoming with the use of relaxing music and pregnancy massage oils.

Pregnancy massage helps to relieve tension, reduce swelling and relax. It is suitable after the first trimester and a full consultation will be given at the start of each treatment to ensure the treatment is safe to perform.
