I am a skilled, warm and empathetic practitioner with a keen interest in personal development in the field of CBT and all modalities of psychotherapy.
I pride myself on the relationships I build with my clients which forms the basis of the work we are able to achieve together. I work collaboratively in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to achieve this. My goal is to help create a healing and empowering therapeutic environment that nurtures personal growth and well-being.
I am experienced in delivering high-quality, protocol-based interventions in line with the DSM-V and NICE Guidelines. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BABCP), I work within this ethical framework to ensure the best care for my clients.
I specialise in the treatment of depression, anxiety, social anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, trauma, phobia and PTSD. Additionally, I have specialist training and experience in working with baby loss, survivors of childhood sexual abuse and the armed forces community.
I believe that therapy is a gift that everyone should experience to heal, grow and become the best version of themselves. I support this by helping clients understand the influence of their past experiences and creating new ways of thinking and being. This, in turn, paves the way to shape the future they want to live.
