Welcome to Clarity House. By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or using our website www.clarityhouse.co.uk, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

  • Clarity House is a beauty, health, and wellbeing clinic based in Dunfermline, Scotland.

  • Our services include beauty treatments, holistic therapies, massage, and wellbeing sessions delivered by qualified therapists.

  • All therapists working at Clarity House operate on a self-employed basis, unless otherwise stated.


2. Bookings

  • All bookings are made via our secure external booking platform, Fullslate.

  • When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate personal details so we can contact you about your appointment.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your booking has been accepted.


3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the full treatment cost being charged.


4. Payments

  • We do not store or process your banking details. All payments online are handled securely through our third-party gateway, PayPal.

  • Prices for treatments and packages are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.


5. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.


6. Health & Safety

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries before your treatment.

  • Clarity House reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments if we believe they may not be suitable for your health or wellbeing.

  • We only work with clients over the age of 16.

  • We highly recommend that you do not bring children into the building for their safety.


7. Liability

  • While every care is taken, Clarity House and its therapists are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur on the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

  • Personal belongings are brought to Clarity House at the client’s own risk.


8. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)

  • Your personal information is stored securely in Fullslate, our booking platform and on the Clarity House website.

  • We may contact you regarding your appointment, send follow-up feedback requests, birthday greetings, and occasional marketing offers.

  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

  • We do not store payment details. Our payment gateway PayPal handles all payment information securely.

9. Website Use
