We take your private and personal information very seriously at Clarity House.

    In order for us to legally do our job and to give the best service we ask that you share your personal information with us:

      -Face to Face when we meet at Clarity House
          -By Phone if we chat on the phone
              -On our website and partner websites (Fullsate for Booking, Paypal for Taking Payment and Mailchimp for Occasional Marketing Emails)

                What information do we ask for?

                Your Name - We like to keep things personal when we contact you.
                Your Telephone Number - We use your telephone number to contact you only if we have an issue with your booking and to help deal with any equiries you make.
                Your Email Address - Used to contact you should we need to send you a booking confirmation, reminder or note of change of appointment. Time to time we may send you a marketing email to let you know about new products, news about Clarity House Ltd. You can opt out of the email marketing at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. We would never share your email address with other parties.
                A Note of Your Health - Consultation Records/Consultation Forms are part of our standard legal operating procedure in the Beauty Industry. Your Clarity House Therapist will ask for details of your health in order to give you the best service and treatment that is most relevant to you. We also ask for information to make sure that your treatment is safe for you. On occassions we may not be able to offer a service if you show any contraindications that determine whether a treatment is safe for you or not. For instance some treatments may not be suitable for you if you were pregnant or indeed if you were recovering from a serious operation.

                We hold this information on a Consultation Form that you will be asked to sign and date prior to some treatments.

                Your Bank Details - We DO NOT store your bank details. We use a payment gateway called Paypal that handles your bank details on our behalf. If we take payment over the phone using a credit or debit card we do not keep your bank details.

                Where do we store your information?

                  -In 'the cloud' on our website and with our website partners.
                      -In a lockable filing cabinet at Clarity House.

                        The Clarity House Website

               is hosted on a Secure Server. The service is secure password protected. Our website involves the use of an SSL certificate -- "SSL" stands for secure sockets layer -- which creates a secure encrypted connection between the web server where our website is hosted and the web browser where you enter your details when making a purchase. This means your information is secure, safe and protected when being passed from you to us.
